Therefore from the 1st April 2016 we will be introducing a Support Ticket system and we will be asking that all issues and problems regarding your account are logged through that email address only.
Our aim, as always, is to respond to you very quickly and to resolve your issues equally fast.
If you host your website with Webmedia any technical faults with your email or website are covered within your monthly or annual hosting fee.
