The client: Neston Town Council
The product: Statutory public service information plus community and visitor information.
The brief: Create a new website that brings together Council and Community information in one place online. Create a vibrant, informative portal that consumers will want to return to again and again.
The duration: 4 months.
Our approach: We worked with Council officers, elected members and community volunteers on this project. One of the biggest challenges was to develop an original design and technical framework that would make residents, businesses and visitors to Neston want to access the website time and time again. We developed a highly visual home page in a magazine style, that showed the diversity of people and interests in the town. We also provided bespoke training to Council Officers and community volunteers on managing the content management system.
